Apple iPad Mini with Retina Display is the second generation of iPad Mini

Announced yesterday at Apple's October 2013 iPad and Mac Media Event held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco is the new generation of iPad Mini called iPad Mini with Retina Display.
Obviously the new 7.9-inch iPad Mini will feature the 2048 x 1536 pixels retina display that the iPad 3rd and 4th generation have that delivers a sharp details.

Apple A7 chip of iPad Mini with Retina Display (same chip as the iPhone 5S) features a 64-bit architecture that gives iPad mini with Retina Display up to 4x faster CPU performance and up to 8x faster graphics performance than the previous generation of iPad Mini. And the A7 chip is power efficient that Apple claims it can still up to 10 hours of of surfing the web on Wi-Fi, watching video, or listening to music.

iPad Mini with Retina Display will provide an ultrafast Wi-Fi connectivity because of its two antennas and MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) technology that will make the download speed faster and can reach up to 300 Mbps, twice faster than the previous iPad Mini. The LTE model of iPad Mini with Retina Display also support other bands including HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSDPA.

The iPad Mini with Retina Display is equipped with 5-megapixel iSight camera works with A7 chip that automatically adjust and deliver a great picture or video. A dual microphone for better calls in facetime and for better recognizing capability of Siri.

The iPad Mini with Retina Display will be coming in the US this later November with two color variants, silver and space gray. The price for the Wi-Fi models are USD399 for the 16GB, USD499 for the 32GB, USD599 for the 64GB and USD699 for the 128GB. The Wi-Fi + Cellular models are USD529 for the 16GB, USD629 for the 32GB, USD729 for the 64GB and USD829 for the 128GB.
